Role Overview

We are looking for a Motion Graphics & Video Editor to join us on a 2-month contract, working on short-form and long-form learning videos.
This role has a clear pathway to a full-time position based on performance, speed, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality e-learning videos, explainer animations, and training films.
• Animate text, icons, infographics, and simple characters
• Work with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, After Effects, and other video creating and editing suites.
• Edit raw footage, screen recordings, and voiceovers into polished videos
• Sync audio, add background music, and ensure clean sound levels
• Maintain consistent visual style across projects
• Experiment with new-age AI-based video generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Runway, Pika, etc.) for innovative content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and animators to ensure videos align with learning objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Illustrator / Photoshop (for assets)
• Basic knowledge of templates, presets, and export settings

(Bonus if you’ve worked on e-learning or explainer videos before)

Who Should Apply

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have 1–4 years of experience in motion graphics or video editing
• Have a strong showreel / portfolio (this matters more than degrees)
• Understand pacing, readability, and visual storytelling
• Are reliable, responsive, and don’t disappear mid-project
• Can work independently but also take structured feedback

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with learning videos, explainer videos, or edtech content
• Familiarity with Storyline / Rise exports or LMS videos
• Knowledge of AI video tools is a strong plus.
