Motor Bike Delivery Rider – Coffee Shop

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Motor Bike Delivery Rider to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will ensure fast, safe, and professional delivery of coffee, beverages, snacks, and food orders to customers while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders quickly and safely using a motor bike.
• Ensure all orders are accurate, complete, and delivered in good condition.
• Handle cash and digital payments responsibly when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery bike and delivery box.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with the coffee shop staff to ensure timely order pickups.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with basic shop support duties during slow delivery periods if needed.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Proven experience as a delivery rider is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads and delivery routes.
• Ability to use GPS and delivery apps.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, honest, and responsible.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food or beverage delivery.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash handling and mobile payment systems.
