Position: Motor Claims Surveyor

Location: Qatar

Company: Daman Islamic Insurance Company (Beema)

We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Surveyor to join our Motor Claims Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and solid experience in assessing vehicle damage and estimating repair costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical inspections of damaged vehicles.
• Prepare accurate technical reports and detailed repair cost estimates.
• Coordinate with workshops, clients, insurers, and the internal claims team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to support fair and timely claims decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automotive or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in motor claims assessment, loss adjusting, or automotive body shop operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and parts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Valid driving license.
