What It Takes to Join the Team:

• CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) endorsement
• 2+ years of commercial driving + at least 6 months of motorcoach experience in the past 5 years
• Safe driving record (limited tickets/accidents as outlined)
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and agility test
• At least 23 years old with a positive, service-first mindset
• Able to reliably commute to Midland/Odessa
