Motor Repair Mechanic (Auto Repair)

• With 5 years work experience in Qatar - most preferred
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues in electric motors, generators, alternators, and other rotating equipment.
• Disassemble motors and inspect parts for wear, damage, or failure.
• Repair or replace defective parts, including bearings, windings, brushes, shafts, and seals.
• Reassemble motors and perform alignment and balancing as required.
• Test repaired equipment for performance, using testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and megohmmeters.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors and associated equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Operate hoists, cranes, and hand or power tools to complete tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding repair status and recommendations.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
