Southern California Motorcycles is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Motorcycle Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team.

This is not a basic delivery job. We need someone who is comfortable around motorcycles, confident towing trailers (including large loads), and capable of safely loading, unloading, and moving motorcycles independently.

This role is ideal for someone with real motorcycle experience, strong work ethic, and the professionalism to represent our dealership well on the road and with customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver and pick up motorcycles throughout Southern California
• Safely tow and maneuver small and large trailers, including a 20ft trailer
• Load, unload, strap down, and transport motorcycles independently
• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory movement, lot organization, and dealership support
• Help with events, dealer trades, customer pickups/deliveries, and day-to-day operational needs
• Maintain a professional, friendly attitude with customers and partners

Requirements:

• Valid California driver’s license with clean DMV record
• Valid M1 motorcycle endorsement REQUIRED
• Must be insurable
• Strong motorcycle background strongly preferred
• Comfortable towing trailers and handling large loads
• Physically capable of frequent loading, unloading, pushing, and moving motorcycles
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Professional appearance and team-first attitude
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Some Sundays and overtime as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
