Motorcycle Sales Specialist

We are seeking a HIGHLY MOTIVATED Sales Associate to join our team. Are you an on-road motorcycle enthusiast who would love to make money helping other motorcycle enthusiasts find their perfect ride? The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in an active (not passive) sales role is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Great communication skills – in person, on the phone and ability to communicate well through text and email.
• Computer and tech savvy.
• Attention to detail, organization skills & time management
• Passionate about the powersports industry a plus
• Must have the ability to work through objections in a positive way.
• Must take feedback and make any necessary adjustments.
• Dependable and stable. Shows up on time when scheduled without excuses.

What you’ll do:

• Complete all OEM training.
• Work the CRM and sales process 100% to ensure dealership success.
• Sell products and promote Lone Star Powersports.
• Promptly contact and log online leads
• Help with events (set up, load, travel, break down, talk with customers, generate leads for sales).
• Roll machines out (a.m.) and in (p.m.)
• Post machines to other websites to drive traffic to stores (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Boat Trader, Only Inboards, etc.)

What we are looking for:

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
• Intrinsically motivated and a hunger to succeed. Hustle and enthusiasm required to succeed in this job - If you don't have it, don't apply.
• Must be willing to market yourself and products to generate leads
• Must be willing to build and grow customer relationships even on off days
• Experience in on-road motorcycles

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
