Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycles using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance including engine work, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and electrical system troubleshooting.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble, disassemble, and repair motorcycle components.
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, chain adjustments, and fluid checks to keep motorcycles in optimal condition.
• Assist in the installation of aftermarket parts and accessories while ensuring proper fitment and safety standards.
• Conduct heavy lifting of motorcycle parts and components safely during repair procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service experience.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a focus on Honda and Kawasaki motorcycles, including late model bikes, Cruisers, Sport bikes, Dirt bikes and ATVs.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques essential for motorcycle assembly and repair.
• Familiarity with brake systems, suspension components, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Qualifications include:

Verifiable motorcycle technician experience with Honda/Kawasaki

Valid drivers license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record

Dependable, organized and self motivated

Takes pride in their work and supports the growth of the entire team

Focuses on quality and customer service

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
