Mould Fitter

• Strong knowledge of injection mould components & mechanisms
• Install moulds on injection moulding machines with correct settings
• Support production startup until mould is approved and parts meet quality standards
• Verify mould cooling, ejector systems, alignment pins, and safety interlocks
• Conduct corrective repairs including polishing, machining, welding (if applicable)
• Ability to perform precision fitting and finishing
• Ensure moulds are correctly aligned and functioning before installation
• Knowledge of tool steels, machining, EDM operations
• Safety and 5S compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
