Mould Maintenance Executive-– ISBM / PET Bottle Manufacturing

Job Summary:

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection and ISBM moulds to ensure smooth production, minimize downtime, and maintain product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of injection and ISBM moulds.
• Dismantle, clean, inspect, and assemble mould components.
• Identify wear and tear, damage, or defects in mould parts.
• Carry out polishing, minor repairs, and part replacement as required.
• Ensure proper alignment, cooling channels, and ejection systems are functioning correctly.
• Support mould change activities on the production floor.
• Maintain mould history records and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts.
• Follow safety procedures during maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools and work area as per 5S standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience in injection mould or ISBM mould maintenance.
• Knowledge of mould components (core, cavity, ejector system, cooling system).
• Ability to read basic technical drawings.
• Basic machining and fitting skills.
• Understanding of PET preform and bottle mould structures.

Educational Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
