Mover / Driver / Delivery Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Mover / Driver / Delivery Crew Member to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for safely transporting, loading, unloading, and delivering furniture, equipment, and other goods to our valued customers. Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes.
• Load and unload items using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling of all cargo.
• Assist customers with the moving process, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Follow route driving plans efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit; perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
• Prior delivery driver experience or courier background is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physical stamina for moving furniture or bulky items is essential.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude; excellent communication abilities are vital.
• Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety protocols related to commercial transportation.

Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour
