What You'll Do

• Safely pack, load, unload, and move customers' belongings
• Provide exceptional customer service on every job
• Work as part of a team to complete moves efficiently
• Protect customer homes and furniture from damage
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Drivers and Team Leads will operate company trucks and lead crews when assigned

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Team-first mindset
• Valid driver's license (required for Driver and Team Lead positions)
• Clean driving record preferred

Compensation

$16–$25/hour base pay + tips

Most team members earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses.

Pay is based on experience, position, and performance. Most team members also earn significant tip income from customers.
