Mover/Driver

Twins and a Truck Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable Mover/Driver to join our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience behind the wheel of a box truck and a strong background in professional moving. You’ll be responsible for driving, loading, unloading, wrapping, and assembling items — all while delivering a top-tier experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company moving trucks to and from job sites.
• Load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment with care and efficiency.
• Pack and wrap items using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and other materials to prevent damage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the move.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed during the job.
• Send invoices to customers at the end of each job and collect any required signatures or waivers.
• Perform routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience driving an automatic box truck.
• 2–3 years of professional moving experience (residential or commercial).
• Able to lift and move heavy items both solo and as part of a team (equipment provided).
• Strong attention to safety and care when handling client belongings.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the company professionally.
