Based in Saint Augustine, FL, we’ve grown into one of Northeast Florida’s fastest-rising service companies, serving families, businesses, and communities through both local residential moving services and regional/OTR freight hauling with 26’ box trucks.

This is a hybrid role designed for someone who wants hands-on experience across operations, logistics, and marketing while helping scale a company into its next stage of growth. You’ll work directly with the founder, gain exposure to leadership-level decision-making, and play a critical role in shaping how our company grows.

What You’ll Be Doing Operations & Administration:

  • Coordinate local moving jobs: scheduling, dispatching, client communication, and invoicing
  • Manage daily workflow for movers and box truck drivers, ensuring on-time execution
  • Keep internal systems organized (ClickUp, CRM, Quickbooks, Smartmoving,Google Drive, SOPs)
  • Handle compliance: insurance, driver paperwork, and onboarding files
  • Resolve client issues quickly and with professionalism to maintain strong reputation
  • Quickbook management

Freight & Logistics:

  • Source, book, and negotiate profitable loads daily using DAT and other freight platforms
  • Monitor freight market trends, lane rates, and negotiate higher-paying loads with brokers
  • Build and maintain broker relationships to secure dedicated lanes & repeat contracts
  • Coordinate booked loads with drivers, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery
  • Track load profitability, RPM (rate per mile), and report performance to leadership

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Grow and manage our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with creative, engaging content
  • Capture behind-the-scenes reels, move-day videos, and storytelling content
  • Build client engagement campaigns (email/SMS) to increase referrals and repeat business
  • Design creative marketing materials (flyers, postcards, door hangers, branded kits)
  • Learn and support paid ad campaigns (Google & Meta) with training provided
  • Track marketing ROI, lead flow, and conversion rates across campaigns

Team & Community

  • Represent the company at networking events (BNI, realtor meetups, local chambers) as a brand ambassador
  • Assist with recruiting movers, drivers, and admin staff from job postings to onboarding
  • Contribute to building a strong, positive, and growth-driven company culture

Government & Contract Sourcing

  • Research and identify government contract opportunities (federal, state, and local) related to moving, hauling, and logistics
  • Register and manage company profiles on government contracting portals (SAM.gov, state/local procurement systems, GSA schedules, etc.)
  • Assist with proposal preparation, RFP submissions, and contract documentation
  • Build relationships with contracting officers, procurement reps, and prime contractors
  • Monitor opportunities for long-term agreements and partnerships in both moving and freight sectors
