Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Moving Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through outside sales efforts, managing client accounts, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, experience in B2B and territory management, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans within assigned territories
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
  • Engage in cold calling, direct sales, and territory management to maximize outreach
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
  • Strong background in management, account management, or business development roles
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct product demos and present complex information clearly
  • Skilled in lead generation, cold calling, upselling, and direct sales techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding service
  • Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
