Mow Crew Lead and Landscaper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working and reliable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor maintenance, landscaping and holiday light installation.

Duties

• Mow/cleanup crew lead responsibilities three days a week
• Perform groundskeeping and landscape maintenance tasks
• Mow lawns and trims edges using hand tools or power equipment
• Provide tree care services including trimming and pruning
• Assist with hardscape projects such as building retaining walls or pathways two days a week
• Install, maintain and remove holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety by consistently following procedures and promoting a safe work environment

Skills

• Experience on commercial zero-turn and walk-behind mowers
• Experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, mowing and tree care
• Proficiency in using hand tools for landscaping tasks
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders and rooftops
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Able to be insured to drive company trucks
• Acute attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
