Mow Crew Leader

We are currently hiring a dedicated, hardworking, honest individual to join our team as a mow crew leader for the upcoming season. This is a full time position Spring-Fall, with snow/ice management duties in the Winter.

This position is open immediately.

We aren’t just seeking any mow crew leader. We aren’t looking for average. We are looking for ones that take extra pride in their work, who is proud of what they accomplish on a daily basis. We are very quality-driven, and sincerely care about the product we deliver to our clients. As such, we are seeking individuals that can execute, and deliver only the best for our clients while being efficient and not wasting time.

You must be a team player, and posses a good attitude. We want individuals that want to be here. You must be reliable, we are not interested in those that: call out, show up late, or ask to leave early frequently.

What you should provide:

• Valid Drivers License
• 2+ years driving with a truck/trailer combo
• 3+ years mowing commercially with commercial grade equipment
• 2+ years of commercial snow plowing/ice management
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
