Full Job Description

Titanscape is hiring a Mow Crew Technician to help run lawn care routes and maintain residential and commercial properties at a high standard.

This role is focused on mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and overall property appearance. We are looking for someone who works hard, shows up on time, takes pride in clean work, and can be counted on.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced outdoor position. You will be expected to move with purpose, stay productive, and help the crew deliver clean, professional results on every property.

What You Will Be Doing

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off properties
• Supporting scheduled lawn care and maintenance routes
• Completing cleanups and leaving properties looking sharp
• Operating commercial mowers and handheld equipment
• Assisting with detail work and general property care
• Following route instructions and crew direction
• Helping keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized

Pay and Growth

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to Midvale, UT
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience with mowing or landscaping equipment preferred, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check
