Mower/Landscaper

Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Crew Member and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, well-maintained environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your skills in lawn care, landscaping, and horticulture to deliver exceptional results. Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or installing hardscape features, you'll be an essential part of creating beautiful, functional landscapes.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming shrubs to keep turf healthy and lush
• Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and performing tree care including trimming and removal when necessary
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, shovels, and excavators to complete various landscaping projects
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and turf
• Assist with hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
• Conduct seasonal snow plowing to ensure safe access during winter months
• Support construction activities related to landscape installation and maintenance projects

Experience

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or related outdoor work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with landscaping equipment such as excavators and power tools is advantageous
• Basic understanding of horticulture principles and lawn care techniques
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and health assessment is a plus
• Experience with irrigation systems or snow plowing equipment is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
