Mower/Landscaper

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through expert mowing, trimming, and landscape care. Duties

• Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to support healthy plant growth
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as aeration, fertilization, planting, and seasonal clean-up
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways
• Carry out tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and basic tree removal when necessary
• Support construction projects involving hardscape installation or landscape improvements as needed

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery such as excavators or similar construction equipment
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture practices
• Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning
• Ability to operate heavy machinery like excavators for landscape or construction projects (preferred)
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems and general maintenance procedures
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including snow plowing during winter seasons
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)

Pay: $22.33 - $35.00 per hour
