Duties

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and gardens.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and weed control to enhance curb appeal.
• Use excavators and other construction machinery for hardscape installation or site preparation when needed.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or installing components to ensure proper watering schedules.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.
• Support gardening projects by planting new flora, maintaining existing plantings, and ensuring overall landscape health.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience on Zero turn mowers is a must.
• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care machinery, power tools, excavators, or similar equipment.
• Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols.
• Knowledge of lawn mowing, landscaping, and snow plowing operations.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for manual labor tasks involving hand tools or power tools.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; certification in landscape maintenance is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
