Job Summary

In this energetic role, you will operate lawn care equipment and assist with landscape maintenance projects to ensure outdoor spaces are vibrant, healthy, and inviting. Duties

• Operate mowing equipment such as push mowers, riding mowers, and power tools to achieve precise grass cutting standards.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including edging, trimming, pruning, and planting.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform turf care, shrub trimming, and general groundskeeping.
• Support excavation or hardscape projects by preparing sites or assisting with installation of features like pathways or retaining walls.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and basic repairs to ensure optimal operation.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or winterizing landscapes when needed.
• Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution to deliver high-quality outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Must have professional mowing experience.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with lawn care equipment and hand tools.
• Experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively; experience with excavators or other construction machinery is advantageous.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards. Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
