Boucher Landscaping is a growing landscaping company dedicated to maintaining beautiful residential and commercial properties throughout the area. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our lawn maintenance (mowing) team.

Position Overview

As a member of our mowing crew, you will help maintain customer properties to a high standard. This position involves mowing, trimming, and general lawn care while working alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial mowing equipment to maintain residential and commercial lawns
• Perform trimming and edging for a clean, professional finish
• Assist with basic mower and equipment maintenance
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete daily routes
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Represent the company professionally while on customer properties

Qualifications

• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Reliable and punctual
