NOW HIRING MOWING CREW LEADER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $20+ PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Leapfrog Landcare is hiring a Mowing Crew Lead to help us deliver top-tier lawn care and mowing services. You will take charge of daily mowing and grounds-maintenance tasks, supervise a crew member, and ensure our customers’ properties look their best. Our ideal candidate is a proactive leader who values professionalism, teamwork, and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise crew members during mowing and grounds-maintenance tasks.
• Perform mowing services including mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, and aeration.
• Grounds upkeep such as weed control, pruning, mulch or pine straw installation, and leaf removal.
• Use and maintain lawn equipment including push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
• Quality control - ensure each property is left clean, neat, and professionally finished.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of outdoor labor experience required; mowing or grounds-maintenance experience preferred.
• Crew leadership experience or the ability to direct and support a helper.
• Equipment familiarity with push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and similar tools.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site or meeting location.
• Outdoor readiness - ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Physical capability - able to lift 35–80 lbs regularly.
• Strong work ethic - attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
