Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscaping technicians during mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscape maintenance tasks
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers, ensuring they are in optimal working condition
• Uphold safety standards by training crew members on proper tool use, safety protocols, and hazard awareness
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client specifications
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address concerns and provide updates on project status

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles
• Supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor service industries is highly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safe operation of landscaping tools and machinery
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail
• Proven experience in running different types of mowers
• Drivers license strongly preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
