Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a mowing crew, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of landscape maintenance projects
• Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn care activities to maintain pristine outdoor spaces
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand specific landscaping needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety compliance
• Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance, horticulture, irrigation, and safety procedures
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and implement effective solutions promptly
• Promote a positive team environment by motivating crew members and fostering professional development

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care roles with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, garden management, and tree care techniques
• Hands-on experience with construction activities related to outdoor projects is a plus
• Familiarity with general gardening practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and ensure safety standards are met
• Background in equipment maintenance and operational troubleshooting in outdoor settings
• Prior experience in supervising or managing landscaping crews is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.29 per hour
