Key Responsibilities:

• Operating commercial-grade lawn care equipment such as walk-behind mowers, zero-turn stand-on mowers, weed eaters, and backpack blowers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Mowing and trimming lawns to create clean, well-maintained landscapes.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicating professionally with customers when necessary.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently while upholding high standards of quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating commercial mowers, weed eaters, and blowers is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Experience working in the elements.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if needed due to weather-related delays.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time schedule, with hours generally from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required, particularly after rain delays
• Flexibility for overtime depending on workload
