The Mowing Crew Member position is year-round and full-time reporting to the Crew Leader and taking directions to achieve daily goals with proper mowing, bed maintenance, trash and debris removal, and delivering amazing customer service. Valid driver's license required. Premium snow pay of $35/hour during snow events.

What we are looking for in a Crew Member

• Experience in commercial mulching, pruning, and landscape bed maintenance
• Driver's License with ability to be insured under company insurance preferred but not required
• Equipment: operation of zero turn mowers, string trimmers, push mower, hedgetrimmer, leaf blower, Skid Steer, and hand tools
• Teamwork: those that can support and teach their fellow team members with respect and professionalism
• Dependable: will show up each day on time and be prepared
• Trustworthy: honest and do their job the right way each day or ask questions when they do not know
• Quality focused: those that always want to go above and beyond
• Profitable: understanding that efficiency equals money for the company and themselves

Offered compensation: $19/hr - $21/hr
