Mowing Crew Member

An outstanding opportunity exists for an Experienced Crew Member for our commercial and residential mowing accounts. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual. The right individual will have an opportunity to work in the Winter Season as well.

Requirements:

• You MUST have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Minimum of 2 years experience is required with zero turn mower and drive a truck with 16' trailer attached.
• Understand and possess the ability and willingness to do physical labor daily. You must be able to walk long distances and be able to tolerate all types of weather.
• Available to work a varied schedule, (including a possible Saturday). We typically work a flexible schedule M-F 7am-3pm.
• Ability to take instruction with a positive attitude and work with a team.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Perform all tasks of operations, throughout the seasons, including but not limited to mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, mulching, pruning, installing plants, and leaf removal.

Arrive to work on time and possess the willingness to learn with a professional attitude.

Properly inspect truck and trailer and equipment before use and have high standards of safety.

Fill out daily work sheets and product usage and Administrative functions such as keeping receipts and time sheets.

STARTING PAY based on experience. We are a laid back company and will treat you like family. We are looking for someone that is professional, responsible, and has a work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
