Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $24.00 to $28.00 per hour

Here is what will happen when you work at Red Rock:

• Work individually to complete weekly mowing routes.
• The opportunity to work independently as well as join other crews as schedule permits.
• Showcasing excellence by maintaining properties at a professional standard.
• Achieving a sense of accomplishment by ensuring that the job site is left well done and that the mowing route is completed each day.
• Driving vehicles and equipment in good condition.
• Enhancing communication skills with vendors, clients, and coworkers on a daily basis.
• Learning advancement skills by reporting directly to the president of Red Rock Landscape or a highly knowledgeable supervisor.
• Taking charge by being a hands-on crew member during the changing seasons.

We ask that you have these:

• A willingness to embrace the company’s core values of passion, people, precision, pause, and profit.
• Two or more years of previous experience as a landscape leader.
• Experience operating a zero turn mower, walk behind, string trimmer and other power equipment preferred.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.
• A professional level of competency in turf maintenance and landscaping.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.*

*Employment offers may be contingent on each applicant successfully completing a drug test. Applicant must also submit to background screenings.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
