Mowing Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscape crews to ensure efficient project execution.
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to plan projects, allocate resources, and schedule work.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is REQUIRED.
• Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a focus on crew leader/foreman roles.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
• Ability to build effective teams through leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with building structures or features within landscapes is a plus.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
