Monahan Lawn Care & Property Services is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Mow Crew Foreman to oversee our dedicated team of lawn care professionals. This role is essential for ensuring that all lawn care services are executed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction and landscape excellence.

Position Overview:

The Mow Crew Foreman at Monahan Lawn Care & Property Services plays a critical role in directing daily operations on the field, supervising crew members, and ensuring that all lawn maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, expertise, and a keen eye for detail to the position, fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of lawn care professionals in daily mowing, trimming, and property maintenance tasks.
• Train new crew members in proper lawn care techniques and the safe operation of equipment.
• Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring that all tools are in optimal condition and securely stored.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks, optimizing routes and workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of lawn care service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on job sites, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with management to implement new procedures and improve service delivery.

Daily Tasks:

• Prepare truck & trailer to go out for the day
• Check mowers for flat tires or any other mechanical issues
• Make sure trimmers, backpack blowers, and all tools are ready for the day
• Make sure gas cans are in the truck & the small can is mixed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 1*-2 *years in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in lawn maintenance and landscape management.
• Ability to operate medium to heavy duty vehicles while pulling a trailer.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on training and development.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address client concerns effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday. Weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Pay: $41,500.00 - $48,000.00 per year
