Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a mowing crew on daily routes
• Ensure properties are completed efficiently and to company quality standards
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging (blade edger), and blowing
• Take before and after photos at each property using LMN
• Train and coach crew members on proper techniques and safety
• Complete daily documentation and ensure accurate clock-ins/outs utilizing LMN software
• Maintain and inspect trucks, trailers, and equipment as directed
• Provide professional customer interaction when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of verifiable professional experience in residential or commercial mowing (more preferred)
• Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong experience operating and maintaining commercial-grade mowing equipment
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Mandatory drug screening and 7-year background check (no felonies)
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying conditions for extended periods
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
