What You’ll Do:

• Get a 100% Efficiency Score by doing great mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Check and maintain equipment daily so it runs right and doesn’t break down on the route.
• Show up every day and be reliable — no unexcused absences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience is Required
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Physical capability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with occasional overtime or rain make-up days.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
