Mowing/Landscaping Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for outdoor work.

Duties

• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained landscapes.
• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening and landscaping projects.
• Engage in tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.
• Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.
• Collaborate with team members on hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each job.

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely.
• Ability to perform construction-related tasks related to landscaping projects.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
