Job Description (JD)Position: Medical Representative (MR)Industry: Pharmaceutical Headquarters (HQ): Durgapur & Purulia Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Medical Representative (MR) from a pharmaceutical background to manage and grow business in the Durgapur & Purulia HQ. The candidate should have strong local market knowledge and proven experience in the same headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and generate demand for company products among doctors and chemists.
• Achieve daily call norms of 12 doctor calls and 6 chemist calls.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Ensure effective stockist coordination for product availability, order generation, and secondary sales.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies as per company guidelines.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain daily call reports, tour plans, and sales reports accurately.
• Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and schemes in the territory.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Must have worked in the same HQ (Durgapur / Purulia).
• Preferred Segment: General segment experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good territory management and relationship-building abilities.
• Graduate (Science / Pharmacy preferred).

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Result-oriented with a proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
