MRI / X-Ray Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MRI and X-Ray machines to capture diagnostic medical images.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Follow radiation safety standards and infection control protocols diligently.
• Review and ensure clarity and quality of diagnostic images produced.
• Collaborate with radiologists to interpret and analyze imaging results.
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation of imaging procedures.
• Update knowledge of latest radiologic technology and imaging best practices.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of radiologic imaging and anatomy for accurate diagnosis.
• Proficiency in operating MRI and digital X-Ray equipment safely.
• Excellent patient communication and empathy during diagnostic procedures.
• Attention to detail for ensuring accurate and high-quality imaging.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure clinical environments.
