MRO Engineer

Qualification - Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical / manufacturing/ Aeronautical

Experience – 5-8 yrs exp.

Location - Pune/Bangalore

Knowledge and experience in Rolls-Royce MRO processes. (Engine Overhaul and Component Repair) 

Knowledge on Fixture/ tooling design

Good understanding of man ufacturing and inspection tools and processes

Knowledge of GD&T, tool/fixture design and applications in MRO.

Good communication skills

Good in excel, PowerPoint and word documentation

Good to have Technical Instruction creation experience 

Knowledge of FAIR processesoAwareness of Rolls-Royce Engine Manual and Repair Schemes, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins. 

Application of engine manuals and Cleaning and inspection chapter, Special Process Manuals and Overhaul process.
