MS Business Central Technical freelance

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant (Freelancer) to design and develop a Payroll module tailored for the UAE region with a minimum of 5 years' experienc

Scope of Work:

• Develop a custom Payroll module in D365 Business Central
• Ensure UAE payroll compliance, including:
• Basic salary structure
• Allowances & deductions
• Overtime calculation
• Gratuity (End of Service Benefits)
• Leave encashment
• Integration with existing HR/Finance modules
• Data validation, testing, and documentation
• Knowledge transfer post-delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in D365 Business Central (AL development)
• Proven experience in Payroll module development
• Solid understanding of UAE payroll laws & gratuity rules
• Experience working as a freelancer/contract consultant
• Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
