• The resource will be looking after:
• MS CRM:
• Administration
• Configuration change as needed
• Custom Developed components management and code review
• Development including but not limited to screens, reports, plugins, etc.
• Systems upgrades and patching.
• Manage system integrated/developed on MS CRM:
• SMS system
• 3rd party CRM Mobile App Server
• Custom developed application on CRM
• Client statements online system
• Client Statement Batch processing Integrated with the core banking running on Oracle DB.
• SQL DB
• Act as SQL DBA
• Manage MS SQL and Oracle DB integrated
• Systems upgrades and patching.
• Reporting Services (MIS Reporting)
• Administration
• Report development and modification
• Manage MS SQL and Oracle DB integrated
• Systems upgrades and patching.
• Development in general.
• Project management related to his area.
• End user support.
