MS Dynamics Financial Consultant

As a candidate for this certification, you’re a supply chain management functional consultant who designs and configures Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and related tools and technologies to meet the requirements for a customer. You analyze business requirements and translate them into fully realized business processes and solutions that implement industry-recommended practices.

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for supply chain and finance modules
• Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
• Customization & Integration: Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs and integrate with other systems and third-party applications
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Dynamics 365 applications
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to maximize the value of Dynamics 365 solutions
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and project progress

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in supply chain and finance. Experience in healthcare projects is highly desirable
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications, with strong knowledge of supply chain and finance modules
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate) are highly desirable

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain and finance
