• Lead and manage MS Dynamics CRM implementation projects across global teams.
  
• Design, develop, and deploy MS Dynamics plugins, custom workflows, and web applications.
  
• Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Liquid language, and Power Automate.
  
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using Azure integration services, SSRS, SSIS, and Outlook integration.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MS Dynamics issues to ensure system reliability.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodology for project delivery.
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
