Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Excel Trainer for a contract-based position. As an MS Excel Trainer at SBA, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions to students and professionals at varying skill levels. You will create learning materials, conduct live sessions, provide hands-on exercises, and assess participant progress to ensure skill development. This is a hybrid role based in Riyadh, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Your work will directly impact the delivery of high-quality learning experiences, helping participants become proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as data analysis, pivot tables, macros, formulas, LOOKUPS, and VLOOKS, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, and nested logic.
• Strong ability in instructional design, teaching, and creating training content tailored to diverse learner needs.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage and mentor participants effectively during training sessions.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address participants’ individual questions and learning challenges.
• Familiarity with hybrid teaching models, online tools, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• A passion for teaching and commitment to helping learners achieve proficiency in Excel.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Excel Specialist or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) are highly desirable.
• Previous corporate or professional experience in training or facilitating learning programs is mandatory.
• Dashboard creation and visualization best practices.
• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Must have ready‑to‑present training materials (slides, exercises, dashboards, case studies).
