Are you a passionate professional with expertise in MSD 365 Technical and Integration Lead? Do you have a proven track record of leading design, development, Integrations,ISV,Logic App experience?

What we are Looking For : We are looking for 8-10 Years of MSD 365 Finance & Operations Technical & Integration Lead to lead the design,ISV Logic App, development, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in X++, integrations, data migration, and Azure-based architectures, along with leadership capabilities to guide technical teams and ensure successful end-to-end implementations.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :

· Lead end-to-end technical design and development for D365 F&O implementations and upgrades.

· Provide architectural guidance on customizations, extensions, integrations, and data migration.

· Ensure best practices are followed for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

· Review and approve technical designs, code, and deployment strategies.

Development & Customization :

· Design and develop solutions using X++, extensions, forms, reports (SSRS), workflows, and batch jobs.

· Manage LCS environments, builds, releases, and deployments.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.

Integration Management

· Design and implement integrations using:

o OData / REST APIs

o SOAP services

o Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Data Factory

o Dual-write and Dataverse integrations

· Integrations,

· Ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.

Data Migration & Reporting

· Lead data migration strategies using DMF, Data Management Framework, and custom tools.

· Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

· Support reporting needs using SSRS, Power BI, and embedded analytics.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

· Work closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and project managers.

· Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Provide technical inputs for estimations, planning, and risk management.

Governance & Documentation

· Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and DevOps practices.

· Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and design documents.

· Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and client governance standards.

Must-Have Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

· Expertise in X++, extensions, SSRS reports, and workflows.

· Solid experience in D365 F&O integrations and Azure integration services.

· Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and LCS.

· Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture and security model.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

· Exposure to Dynamics 365 upgrades and performance optimization.

· Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or Azure.

Soft Skills

· Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

· Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
