Solution Architect — Data, BI & Integrations (with Power Platform)

Role purpose
Plan and deliver a two-phase programme: Phase 1 Salesforce Fabric Power BI ; Phase 2 Oracle integration, enrichment and usability enhancements, including optional embedded Power BI in Salesforce .

Key outcomes

• Baseline plan, RAID, governance and comms; clear milestones to achieve near-real-time refresh (~5–10 mins) and release gates.
• Timely fulfilment of inputs/access: PBIX/DAX/models , Salesforce CPQ mapping & API access , security matrix, environments (Dev/QA/Prod), governance requirements.
• Coordinated delivery across Fabric, BI, Salesforce, Oracle, QA, Security/Governance and Power Platform workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own scope/change control; run ceremonies (planning, showcases, steering), vendor/partner management.
• Stand up release management, environment promotion, and quality criteria; track adoption KPIs.
• Surface decisions/dependencies rapidly; manage budget and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Essential experience

• End-to-end delivery of data/BI programmes with Salesforce and Oracle dependencies.
• Hybrid Agile (Scrum/Kanban) in enterprise settings; strong stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and lightweight process enablement.

Desirable

• PRINCE2/Agile certifications; ADO/Jira fluency.
