IEQ Technology is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving technical problems, and working in a fast paced IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients by phone, email, remote access, and onsite when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, and business applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Document, track, and update support requests through our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when appropriate.
- Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and technology projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and support activities.
- Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi, VPNs, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an IT help desk, MSP, or technical support role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
