MSSP Sales Executive / Cybersecurity Sales Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and consultative MSSP Sales Executive to grow our managed security services business. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities by helping organizations understand their cybersecurity risks and aligning them with the right managed security solutions.
You’ll work closely with security engineers, SOC teams, and leadership to deliver value-based solutions across managed detection and response (MDR), SIEM, SOC services, cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for MSSP solutions
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across SMB, mid-market, or enterprise accounts
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer security posture, risks, and compliance requirements
- Present and sell managed security services including MDR, SOC-as-a-Service, SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud security, and incident response retainers
- Build strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders, and security stakeholders
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and SOC teams on solution design and proposals
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and activity in CRM tools
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats, compliance frameworks, and MSSP market trends
- Work with marketing and channel partners to drive demand and expand reach
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or MSSP environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (SIEM, SOC, MDR, EDR, cloud security, compliance)
- Ability to sell complex, recurring services with long sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- MSSP or managed services sales experience
- Experience selling subscription or recurring revenue models
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Cybersecurity certifications or sales training (CISSP, Security+, vendor certs a plus)

Pay: KD650.000 - KD950.000 per month
