Location: Bahria TownPreference: Residents near to Bahria Town Job Type: Full-time
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduation is mandatory
· Fresh candidates or up to 6 months of relevant experience
· Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
· Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
· Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution and follow-ups
· Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions
· Provide accurate information regarding products, warranties, and services
· Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support
· Assist in after-sales support and service coordination
Requirements
· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
· Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
· Professional attitude with a high level of punctuality
· Ability to handle customers calmly and responsibly
