Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive MTO (Management Trainee Officer) - Accounting & Finance to join our team, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial acumen, a willingness to learn, and the ability to contribute to the company’s financial growth and long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records
• Support invoicing, vouchers, receipts, and basic financial reports
• Help with bank reconciliations and daily accounting entries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, tax, and compliance
• Coordinate with teams to collect and verify financial data
• Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll data
• Ensure proper filing of physical and digital records
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting and Finance)
• 0 to 1 year experience (fresh grads are welcome)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently
• Should have at least 6 months of internship experience
