Position Overview

We are seeking a high-potential Management Trainee Officer – Business Development to join our growth engine and accelerate pipeline expansion initiatives. This role is designed for early-career professionals with strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset, and a passion for revenue optimization. The incumbent will undergo structured on-the-job exposure across sales operations, market intelligence, client engagement, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end lead generation, prospect qualification, and opportunity conversion workflows.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, pitch decks, and business cases aligned with value propositions.

Track KPIs, CRM updates, pipeline health, and performance dashboards for management reporting.

Participate in client meetings, product demos, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Execute ad-hoc strategic projects to improve process efficiency, revenue scalability, and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.

Fresh graduates or entry-level preferred.

Strong analytical capability with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Must be fluent in English is a must.

Position: MTO-Business Development (Male Candidates Only)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Type: On-site / Full-time

Salary: PKR 40,000 to 50000 + Highly Attractive Commission

Timings: 12 AM – 8 PM

Working Days: Mon to Sat
